Worldwide there was a pandemic that took place. That pandemic is known as the coronavirus pandemic. Many people throughout the world lives were affected, and the United States government recognized this sad truth, and did what needed to be done by issuing out stimulus checks to its citizens during the lockdown period. Those checks helped a lot of families in need. Even till this very day we are still in the mist of the pandemic and things are slowly getting better because less people are getting sick however it will probably take about two years before we can declare the pandemic to be over and done with. This past year has been a scary one for a lot of people, seeing everyone wearing masks as they walk the streets and entering business establishments was something that I could have only imagine seeing in a movie.
